How to Import Subsurface Dives into My Dive Locker

You can move dives from Subsurface into My Dive Locker by exporting your Subsurface log as a UDDF file. In My Dive Locker, use the “Import Device Logs — Mass Import” area to add one file, several files at once, or a .zip of files. After the files are read, the “Combined import preview” opens before the dives are added to your dive log. Importing dives from a dive computer log is free on every plan.

What you need

• Subsurface
• A UDDF export from Subsurface
• My Dive Locker
• One file, several files, or a .zip of files

Steps

1. In the Subsurface desktop program, go to File, then Export.
2. Export your dive log as a UDDF file.
3. Open “Import Device Logs — Mass Import” in My Dive Locker.
4. Drag the file onto the import area, or click it and choose your file or files.
5. After the files are read, review the “Combined import preview”.
6. Add the dives to your dive log after the preview.
