How to Import Shearwater Dives into My Dive Locker
My Dive Locker lets you bring dives from a Shearwater dive computer into your dive log. From the Shearwater Cloud row, you can use Bluetooth or import a dive file. Bluetooth download has been tested with the Peregrine and works on iPhone and Android. You can also export dive logs from Shearwater Cloud as UDDF and import that file. Importing dives from a dive computer is free on every plan.
What you need
- A Shearwater dive computer or exported dive file
- My Dive Locker
- An iPhone or Android phone for Bluetooth import
- A supported file if using file import
Steps
- Open your dive log and go to the “Log a dive” area.
- Find the Shearwater Cloud row.
- Choose “Import via Bluetooth” to download from a supported setup, or choose “Import dive file”.
- If using Bluetooth with a Peregrine, complete the download on your iPhone or Android phone.
- If using a file, select the exported dive file from your device.
- Review the imported dive in your dive log.
Which files you can use
My Dive Locker accepts .fit, .uddf, .xml, .csv, .db and .zip files. You can import one file or several at once. Shearwater Cloud can export dive logs as UDDF.
