Paperless Dive Registration

Paperless dive registration still requires a signed liability release and medical questionnaire. The signatures can be on paper or electronic. A digital pass does not replace either document.

My Dive Locker provides Fast Pass and Send to Shop.

Operators commonly request proof of certification and often proof of insurance, especially for liveaboards and overseas trips. Requirements vary. See dive shop check-in documents for the common paperwork.

During an online scan, Fast Pass shows diver-entered profile details, certifications and whether a medical or liability waiver is on file. Read Fast Pass QR check-in explained for the scan details.

Send to Shop sends diver details by email or WhatsApp and can include waiver PDFs. Before sending, it shows which certifications, DAN or other insurance details, medical waiver, tank valve and weighting profile are on file.

“On file” means entered by the diver, not confirmed by anyone.
