Fast Pass QR Check-In

Fast Pass QR check-in lets a shop scan a diver’s pass. Online, the shop sees the diver’s name, photo, certifications, tank valve, last recorded weighting and whether a medical or liability waiver is on file.

Fast Pass is available through My Dive Locker.

The online certification view includes agency, level and expiry date if entered. Divemaster and instructor-level certifications appear as “Dive Professional” when shared with a shop.

If the shop’s device is offline, the scan falls back to a signed copy stored in the QR.

The signature shows that the copy has not been changed since My Dive Locker issued it. The information was entered by the diver; no agency or insurer has confirmed it.

A digital pass does not replace the signed release or medical questionnaire, and a briefing is still given. See dive shop check-in documents and paperless dive registration for the paperwork requirements.
