• Nitrox: Nitrox is recommended.
• Marine Park fee: The fee is paid through the operator.
• Paperwork: Prepare certification proof, the standard medical questionnaire, a signed liability release and insurance proof where requested.

Certain answers on the medical questionnaire require a physician’s approval. Operator requirements vary.
