A complete diver packet depends on your operator’s requirements. The items most often missing are proof of certification, a signed medical questionnaire and proof of insurance.

Send to Shop sends diver details by email or WhatsApp and can include waiver PDFs. Before sending, it shows which certifications, DAN or other insurance details, medical waiver, tank valve and weighting profile are on file. These are diver-entered details, not confirmation by an agency or insurer.
