Acceptance

By creating an account or using My Dive Locker, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the credentials, dive logs, and medical information you upload, and for keeping your login credentials secure. Sharing your account with another diver is not permitted.

Dive safety disclaimer

My Dive Locker is a record-keeping and planning tool. Calculations (NDL, MOD, gas planning) are advisory and must be cross-checked against your training, agency standards, and dive computer. We are not a substitute for certified instruction, a dive computer, or a qualified buddy.

Acceptable use

Do not upload fraudulent credentials, forge agency cards, misrepresent training, or share content that violates another person's privacy. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy.

Operator features

Dive shops using operator features agree to handle diver credentials confidentially and to use them only for trip qualification, safety, and required regulatory reporting.

Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Dive Locker is not liable for dive incidents, missed trips, lost credentials, or third-party operator decisions.

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email.
